$1- $49.99 purchase via USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days. If you would like faster delivery, i.e. overnight,
you must email me with this request. Shipping times are estimated and do not include the time it takes for check clearance.
If you pay by check, your order will ship after the check clears.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in
purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. PLEASE NOTE: Until further notice,
the only sales tax that can be calculated through this site is 9% (as of 9/1/06). If you live outside New York State, or
outside the 9% tax zone and would like to be sure you pay YOUR tax rate, you must email me your order, or call me. Otherwise,
9% tax will be added to your order.Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal is accepted for online orders.
Orders paid with credit card will ship within 2 business days, unless you
are notified otherwise via email.
If paying by check or money order:
You may email your order to info@danasaylordesigns.com. Please include ITEM NUMBER, quantity of each item, and a brief description of each to verify the item. Special instructions,
ie.. shortening or minor alterations, should be detailed in your order as well.
You will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via email.

Orders paid by check will ship as soon as your check clears or as soon
as the alterations are completed, if any. PLEASE NOTE: Checks returned for insufficient funds
will incur a $20 fee.
Returns/Exchanges
All my items are made with the highest quality materials and workmanship.
I will gladly accept returns or exchanges for Regular or Seasonal Collection items that are damaged or not what expected(not
by regular wear and tear). Custom orders are non-refundable due to the extra time and effort that is involved in their creation.
Exchange may be possible if you desire something pre-made from the Regular or Seasonal Collections. If you have any questions,

Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. If you have special concerns
pertaining to this subject, please contact me personally at 315-525-7474.
Contact information including name, email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the customer, is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. DanaSaylor Designs may use
this information periodically to send out mailings to inform customers of events or special pricing or policy changes.
Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order and will never be disclosed to outside entities for any
reason (except by court order). Your information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party or entity.
